Njp-2000c Liquid Capsule Filling Machine

This machine is equipped with vacuum loader for capsules and powder, which guarantee the excellent filling performance. All of the operation is conducted on the touch screen, it's convenient to control and management. It is a fully automatic capsules filling machine. The machine can complete the following processes automatically including feeding capsules, opening capsules, filling drugs, rejecting unqualified products, closing capsules, outputting products, cleaning molds.

Feature:
The machine adopts a cam driven structure on the surface groove, and there are no springs on transmission parts.
There is an automatic lubrication system in the fully closed turntable.
The 10.4 inch color LCD screen will automatically alarm or stop running in any machinery problems such as lack of capsules or powder, vacuum or dust collection failure, etc.
The imported motor , electrical appliance ,bearings and high-precision intermittent dividing box(the distance between the input axes and the output axes is adjusted from 83mm to 125mm) make the controlling and transmission system much more stable in performance.
The capsules feeding system has 12 work-stations which can fill three kinds of materials into one capsule at a time, the angular speed is adjusted from 36°to 30°, which guarantees the stable performance of the machine.
Do not need to disassembly the machine when cleaning the equipment or changing the moulds.
It is easy and safe to clean the machine since the machine is separated with the electricity.
