Capsule polishing and sorting machine HY-NFJ-150 is one of medical machinery which help to make the capsules with good appearance, and removing electrostatic. It not only polishing capsule, but also can reject the capsule with low weight which the volume less than standard, Loose piece and fragments of capsules. It is suitable for all size of capsules and do not need to change the model part.

Automatically sort out capsules with low weight, empty body, scrap and loose piece, and meet GMP standard;
High quality stainless steel is designed for polishing chamber , and the quick connecting of inside parts are also adopted theory of easy to remove , so cleaning work is smooth and convenient.
The brush and bearing can be dismounted easily and different sizes of brushes can be changed to meet the needs of different capsules;
The speed of motor is controlled by converter. The polisher can continue to stable work for long time;
Working principle
1. After the capsule filling machine the filled capsules are fed into A.
2. The turning brush brings capsules from B to C the cylinder.
3. Within the net cylinder brush D polishes and deducts the capsules. The loose piece and fragments are retrieved by vacuum sucker E.
4. The brush conveys the capsules to the outlet of cylinder F.
5. In the sorter segment G clean compressed air collects low weight capsule; Loose piece and fragments of capsules come out from H.
6. The pressure of the compressed air is shown on the filter decompressed valve meter I, which can be adjusted according to different requirement.
7. The qualified capsules are ejected from outlet J.
