The Automatic capsule printing machine KYH - 3000E is the state-of -the- art machine developed by our company. With double color orientation system , All the characters, image and trademark on the capsule surface can be printed in circle or axial liner way, and two color printed in one time directionally. With high printing speed, good printing performance and convenient operation interface.
Features:
1. High speed: Productive capacity more than 100000 capsules/hour.
2. Speed control: Variable speed controlled by frequency convertor.
3. Easy to operate, clean and maintain.
4. Max. Circular printing scope in degree: 300 degree.
5. Type of printing: Directional printing.
Machine can fulfill both linear and circular printing.
Machine can fulfill both single colour and double colour printing.
6. Automatically reject non-directionalcapsule.
7. Online cleaning wheel ensure uniform and clear printing result.
8. Rubber wheel is made of nontoxic silica gel with surface treatment, its shore hardness is under 23 degree to ensure clear printing even on locking points.
9. Printing steel wheel: Various complicated patterns and characters can be engraved on the printing steel wheel by German made laser engraving machine, which can make different net points and ensures the characters depth to be controlled within 1 micron. Highly exquisite printing steel wheel is an important part to ensure the clear printing on capsules.
